To request for a replacement card, please complete this form​​. We will generally respond within 3 working days from the date of enquiry. Depending on the complexity of your enquiry, we will notify you if more time is required.

​Kindly note that airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines and calls are free of charge only if made from regular land lines.
